Bill Clark is an audit partner with Davidson, Golden, & Lundy with more than 14 years of experience in construction accounting. Clients rely on him to supervise, audit and review engagements, and consult with them regarding fixed asset purchases, financing options, taxation issues and continuity planning. Bill also specializes in construction equipment research and multi-state licensing and prequalification.

Bill regularly assists clients in the implementation and evaluation of internal control systems and with opportunities to improve bonding and licensing capacities.

Bill has been published in The Tennessee CPA Journal and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Tennessee Technological University. After graduation, he worked in the entertainment industry and as the controller for a general contractor before joining Davidson, Golden & Lundy.
